SpeedRecovery operates fully compliant with UK vehicle recovery regulations, including the Guide for Recovery Operations (Department for Transport). Our recovery vehicles are limited to 3,500kg GVW and meet all Road Vehicles (Construction and Use) Regulations safety standards for construction, equipment, and maintenance. Drivers hold appropriate Category B licences for vehicles up to 3.5 tonnes.

Customer Responsibility: Before dispatch, customers must provide complete and accurate information about the vehicle's condition, exact location, drivable status, accident involvement, fuel type, load, and any access restrictions or hazards at the recovery site. This ensures safe operations for our team, your vehicle, and other road users.

While we prioritise rapid, professional service, recovery operations carry inherent risks. SpeedRecovery limits liability to direct damages only, excluding indirect, consequential, or unforeseen losses. All services subject to our full Terms & Conditions.
